Free bikes unlock with wins from finishing biome routes. Exact win prices shift with patches — verify in-game before spending — but the relative order below matches how most players progress in World 2.

S tier — first major power spike

Mid-tier speed bikes (roughly third to fifth shop unlock) sit here. They are the first rides where speed stacking feels noticeably faster on long straights and ramp chains. If you have been bouncing between two cheap bikes, stop and save for this band.

A tier — biome specialists

High win-cost bikes before the final free legendaries belong here. They shine in late World 2 biomes where one fall sends you to spawn and speed loss hurts more. Control and stable landings matter as much as the multiplier number on the card.

Hold off if you are more than one rebirth away from affording them; grinding wins on an S-tier bike is usually faster than limping with insufficient speed.

B tier — bridge bikes

Second and early third unlocks are bridge steps. Buy one if it is the only upgrade available, but do not max cosmetics on a bridge bike — wins should flow toward S tier.

C tier — starter

The default bike is fine for learning double jump timing and understanding fail resets. Replace it as soon as the first affordable shop bike appears.

How we rank — methodology

1. Speed while moving — Does the bike help you hit speed milestones faster per minute of active play?
2. Fail tolerance — After one bad landing, can you recover without a full respawn chain?
3. Win cost efficiency — Wins per felt speed gain vs the bike above and below in shop order.
4. Rebirth synergy — Does the bike still feel relevant after your first rebirth, or does it fall off immediately?

We do not rank by rarity alone. A expensive free bike that arrives too late in your rebirth cycle may be B tier for you personally even if endgame players call it S tier.

Recommended spend order (free players)

1. Learn controls on the starter — PC or Mobile depending on device.
2. First affordable shop bike (B → stop being C tier).
3. First rebirth when the multiplier unlocks the next price band — timing in Progression.
4. S-tier mid shop bike; this is your workhorse for most World 2 biomes.
5. A-tier late free bike before considering any gamepass.

Common tier list mistakes

Skipping rebirth to rush a bike. Multipliers compound; a lower bike post-rebirth often beats a higher bike pre-rebirth.

Buying the most expensive free bike first. Late-shop bikes assume you already stack speed quickly. Without mid-tier foundation, they feel sluggish.
